The manual has an omission here (in the Installation Procedure of Daemons and email broadcasting System section):

6. Clone Raspberry Pi daemons and email broadcasting system from the GitHub using the following command
sudo git clone
7. Move to the required directories where software has been copied.

It fails to stipulate where to clone from, as in
sudo git clone https://github.com/modmypi/PiModules.git

Suggestion: maybe adding page numbers would be useful for referring to the exact spot in the manual.

Hi,
It is ready, just under hard testing a long time already. There ware some issues that was needed a hard testing with batteries and RTC reported directly to us.
Project has been not abandoned, a new version(s) of hardware and new products are under preparation
A Li-Ion Battery 18650 support has been added and special holding board is already in production.
Warmest Regards

This is getting very frustrating. I know you need to test the firmware and get rid of bugs, but you have a duty to the people who you sold a product too, to do this on a reasonable timescale. Please dedicate more time to stabilising the code for the product you have already sold, before moving your effort to new products or adding extra features to existing products.

I have another issue with firmware 38....

When I run i2cget -y 1 0x6b 0x13 I get 0x00. This would suggest the fan is off - but I can hear it running.

When I run i2cset -y 1 0x6b 0x12 0x64 the fan speed does not change, unless I disable the fan with i2cset -y 1 0x6b 0x11 0x00 and then re-enable it again with i2cset -y 1 0x6b 0x11 0x02.

Would you make it clearer in the manual that Integrated Fan Speed (0x6b,0x12) is not BCD, the wording suggests it is.

Your products are innovative and well made, but the bugs and lack of support will drive customers away.

Hi,
Please find here below the internal version we are testing as also manual for that
https://app.box.com/s/vxhuglza4g3lfs2e4181

HEX file 0xf6
https://app.box.com/s/p9w89qcqwxj28ijvtpbctqvysk4uecwg

Please understand that we are a small company, and volume of orders, support, new products development (we must do that if we like to be alive as a company cause a delays). Also the new firmware is ultra difficult as, so real debugging takes time.
Very soon you will see the results of our efforts we spent during last months for firmware and hardware developments.
Warmest Regards

For a very long time I'm still waiting for the advertised feature XTEA. As mentioned already for many years in documentation, leaflets, website. It is still not documented how to use it and nothing in the firmware points me also to XTEA. So WHEN will this XTEA feature available???

Please focus on making the product you had promised to be, before releasing and putting effort in new products and extra features to existing products.

I deleted my last post because I think in retrospect, last night I was too harsh. Sorry for this :(
